With her experience as an expatriate and her own property investments in Spain, Mónica offers a unique and valuable perspective.

With a degree in Spanish, social work, and a master’s in art, Mónica also has training in international marketing. Her kindness and understanding of the emotions involved in buying and selling homes set her apart in the market. With sharp industry insight and personalized service, she is dedicated to helping her clients find their ideal home.

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mónica moved to Europe and lived in Madrid before settling in Málaga over twelve years ago. The allure of the Mediterranean Sea, the convenience of the international airport, the welcoming size of the city, and the warmth of its people led her to choose the Costa del Sol.

Outside the office, Mónica finds time for Pilates and horseback riding, activities that allow her to relax and recharge. She always dedicates herself to enjoying her passions and the charming surroundings of Málaga.

One of her favorite places on the Costa del Sol is East Málaga, for its pine forests and stunning sea views. Additionally, it offers the convenience of being close to excellent sports facilities and schools.
